Mark Christou and Don Christou, licensed builders and pride themselves on their quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Working closely with architects, draftsmen and many other skilled trades whilst utilising quality materials and techniques, MD Christou Constructions Pty Ltd ensures only the highest quality final results.

With over 55 years of experience between the two of us, we have learnt what a client wants and needs in a builder. Both of us are qualified/licensed Carpenters and Builders, we are proud of our reputation for honesty and integrity. Initial Consultation

Your initial consultation is when discussions regarding your individual needs and desires, budgets and design concepts will take place. Once it has been established and you are happy with what has been discussed we will provide you with an estimation to give you an idea what the build could cost. If you are happy with this estimation then we will proceed to stage 2.

Plans and Pricing

At this point, if you don’t already have your own plans, we will work with you in developing concept plans with an architect/drafts-men. For the construction or alteration of your home. The pricing is still dependant on council approval.

Building Approval

We ensure a smooth transition between plans to approval. We also work with Local Government and Private Certifiers to make this process as easy as possible.

Pricing

Once the plans have been approved by council or a certifying body we can provide you with a detailed quotation itemising every inclusion for the build.

Contracts

Once all building approvals have been received and pricing is confirmed, a Contract will be drawn up and will need to be signed by both parties so construction can commence.

Construction

Throughout the whole construction process we strive to keep the client as updated and included as possible. We understand as a business that this is an exciting time for a client and we want to keep you as involved as possible, we will be 100% committed to making your journey towards the completion of your home enjoyable and easy. Whilst ensuring it is completed with the highest quality workmanship.

Completion & Handover

After all the final paperwork has been completed with the local Council/Certifier, it is now time for us to hand over the keys so you can enjoy your new home.
